Rental Application and Conditions

If you would like to rent a cabin from Classic Cabins please fill out the Rental Application Form.

The following terms and conditions apply when renting from Classic Cabins:

Classic Cabins & Storage retains the right to terminate the tenancy at any time if the cabin is being used for illegal or incorrect purposes.

Rent to be paid 1 week in advance with the right to remove the cabin if rent is in arrears. (If the rent is going to be late please let us know.)

A bond of $250 is payable and held with Classic Cabins until the end of the rental. If the cabin is returned in good condition with no damage the bond will be returned.

Setup, delivery, and collection to and from the site is $230 within the Nelson region. Further delivery charges may apply based on the site and distance travelled. (Hiab additional to cost if required.)
